Refund policy
As a customer, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to change your mind and ask for a refund and send the product back. The exception to this is custom made goods - goods that were made just for you are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty. On receipt of the goods, a refund will be issued. If there was a fault with the product, Genki Club will pay the shipping costs for the return, otherwise it is the customer's responsibility.
